Consultations
- Oral legal consultation, up to one hour and one legal issue — RUB 2,000.
- Oral consultation with a written consultation record within one business day — RUB 3,000.
- Written legal consultation, up to three pages and one legal issue — RUB 4,000.
Documents
- Drafting a procedural document, contract, complaint, application, demand or other legal document — from RUB 5,000 per page.
- Document review and written compliance opinion — RUB 2,000 per five pages.
- Completion of mandatory government forms — RUB 2,000 per five pages.
Evidence
- Locating one relevant fact or item of evidence — RUB 5,000.
- Recording evidence or documenting a refusal to provide information for court use — RUB 5,000.
Attendance and filing
- Qualified legal attendance in Moscow — RUB 10,000; in the Moscow Region — RUB 15,000.
- Courier or technical filing visit in Moscow — RUB 5,000; in the Moscow Region — RUB 7,500.
Additional services
- Copying or scanning — RUB 50 per page.
- Telephone negotiations — RUB 100 per minute.
- Monitoring case status with a court or authority once within seven days — RUB 1,500.
Important terms
A qualified visit includes court or authority representation, negotiations, file review or another task requiring legal expertise. A courier visit is limited to filing, collecting or delivering documents. Postal, notarial, state-duty and other mandatory expenses are charged separately. Travel outside Moscow and the Moscow Region is additional. Same-business-day urgent work is charged at double the standard rate. Property disputes may include an agreed success fee of 7% to 30% of the protected financial interest.
