Fee and payment
The initial consultation is a paid service. The fee is RUB 5,000.
Payment can be made to card 2202 2032 5273 0058. Please state “Initial consultation Petrov P.I.” as the payment reference.
Consultations are conducted exclusively through Telegram. Please attach a screenshot of the payment to your first message so I can begin reviewing your question without additional payment checks.
How the consultation works
After payment, you may write to me on Telegram immediately and ask your questions. There is no need to request permission beforehand. I normally respond within 1–3 hours; in exceptional cases, it may take up to 24 hours.
The conversation continues while you still have questions about the specific situation for which you contacted me. For the most useful and detailed answer, please focus on one concrete legal problem rather than combining several unrelated matters in one consultation.
What is and is not included
An initial consultation is a concise preliminary review of your situation and substantive answers to your questions. It does not include developing a full litigation strategy, drafting documents, court representation or other legal services. If further assistance is required, such as preparing documents or representing you in proceedings, it will be discussed and agreed as a separate service.
Why the consultation is paid
Legal advice is based on years of professional experience and continuous study of legislation and court practice. The fee allows me to devote sufficient time and attention to your circumstances, examine the relevant details and provide a meaningful rather than superficial answer.
