1. Provider and acceptance

This document is an offer to enter into a paid legal services agreement. The agreement is concluded when the customer separately accepts this offer and pays for the service.

2. Service

The provider conducts one primary legal consultation in a private online room: reviews the question and materials supplied by the customer, exchanges messages and prepares an approved PDF consultation record. Court representation, preparation or filing of procedural documents, and continuing support are not included unless agreed separately.

3. Price and payment

The price is 5,000 roubles. Payment is made by bank card or through the Faster Payments System. Access opens only after server-side confirmation of payment. A fiscal receipt must be sent using the contact supplied before payment.

4. Consultation procedure

1. The customer opens the private room using a one-time link.
2. The customer states the question and uploads only materials necessary for the consultation.
3. The provider reviews them, replies in the room and notifies the customer of a new message by email.
4. The approved PDF record remains available in the private room.

5. Completion and the 24-hour rule

Leaving or closing the browser does not complete the service. After the provider has sent a substantive reply and an email notice, the customer has 24 hours to return to the room. Opening the room or sending a message cancels the pending automatic closure. If the customer does not return, the room becomes read-only and the service is recorded as completed. This organisational rule does not waive statutory rights regarding service quality, claims or refunds.

6. No guaranteed outcome

The consultation is a professional legal assessment based on the information supplied. The provider does not guarantee a court decision, creditor conduct, debt relief or any other external result.

7. Withdrawal and refund

The consumer may withdraw from the agreement at any time. The refundable amount is determined with regard to the services actually performed and documented expenses actually incurred by the provider. A request may be sent to the provider email shown above.

8. Personal data and files

Personal data processing is governed by a separate consent. The customer must not send passwords, PIN/CVV codes, full card details or special-category data unless this has first been separately agreed. Personal data consent.

9. Claims and version

Claims may be sent to the provider email. Mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules are not restricted. The version accepted and its timestamp are stored with the order; later amendments do not replace the accepted text.
