Find an MFC office, check its official contact details and prepare for an out-of-court bankruptcy application. Start with your place of residence or stay, then confirm where this particular service is available.
Where to submit a bankruptcy application
A nearby MFC is not automatically the right office for this service. Check both the territorial rule and service availability. Moscow and Moscow Region are different regions; an office close to your workplace may be unsuitable.
Residence or stay
An application is submitted to an MFC at the citizen’s place of residence or stay. Confirm which office serves your situation before booking.
Eligibility first
The debt range is RUB 25,000–1,000,000, with an additional statutory eligibility condition. Use our test and detailed guide before choosing a date.
Service and appointment
Office opening hours are not the same as appointment availability. Ask specifically about accepting an out-of-court bankruptcy application.
How to read this directory. The address badge confirms that the office appears on its MFC website. It does not mean that acceptance of bankruptcy applications at every listed office has been separately confirmed. Follow the official link or contact the centre before travelling. Holiday hours may differ.

Questions to ask the MFC
- Does this office accept out-of-court bankruptcy applications for my place of residence or stay?

Frequently asked questions
Can I use any nearby MFC?
Do not assume so. The place of residence or stay matters, and acceptance of this service must be checked for the selected office.
Does the address badge guarantee acceptance?
No. It verifies the published office address. Confirm the service and your appointment separately.
Is the MFC procedure paid?
The statutory out-of-court bankruptcy procedure is free. A private lawyer’s assistance is a separate service and is not a mandatory MFC fee.
What if my city is not listed?
Use the official Moscow Region MFC map or your region’s official MFC portal. Ask specifically about out-of-court bankruptcy; general office hours alone are insufficient.
Where can I check enforcement proceedings?
Use our FSSP office directory to find official contacts. For the bankruptcy eligibility rules, return to the guide and eligibility test.
Useful tools
Need help preparing your application?
Pavel Petrov can review your circumstances, creditor list and documents. Legal advice does not replace the MFC’s verification and does not guarantee that the application will be accepted.
