Separate consent to account data processing
ACCOUNT DATA PROCESSING CONSENT. Version 2026-11-01.2. I freely consent to Pavel Ivanovich Petrov, INN 101700955811, PO Box 331, Mytishchi, Moscow Region, 141009, Russia, info@estvaind.ru, processing my email address, account identifier, password hash, email verification status, star balance and journal, and consent evidence to verify email, create and maintain my account, provide access and password recovery, keep the star journal and protect the account from abuse. Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction using automated and non-automated means. Hosting and email service providers may process only the information needed to operate the account and deliver service messages, under applicable legal arrangements. No public disclosure or advertising subscription is authorised. Account information is processed while the account operates, until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, subject to any other lawful grounds and mandatory retention periods. I may request information, correction, blocking or deletion, or withdraw consent by contacting info@estvaind.ru or the postal address above. Without the necessary processing, a new account cannot be created. Website articles remain available without registration. This is separate from any consultation contract. How account data is processed

Visitors provide an email and, when creating an account, an email verification code and a password. The module keeps a password hash, not the readable password, and a private star journal. Email ownership and a separate consent are checked before account creation. Existing members are not treated as having given this new consent automatically.
Service emails concern verification and access. Registration does not subscribe you to advertising. Necessary WordPress authentication cookies are used for login. No reading-time tracking or link-reward tracking is enabled in the account.
Consent evidence includes its version, exact text, date and time in UTC and the processing stage. Pending email verification records and associated request consent are removed after expiry during scheduled cleanup. Abuse protection uses salted hashes of network/email identifiers; rate-limit entries expire after two hours. No raw IP or browser fingerprint is added to consent evidence by this module.
Account records are kept while needed for the account. For information, correction, restriction, account deletion or consent withdrawal, contact the controller. Requests are handled within applicable statutory periods; retention on another legal basis must be justified separately. You may complain to Roskomnadzor or seek judicial protection.
Stars are not money, cannot be bought or transferred, and cannot yet be exchanged for services. No payment details, identity documents or consultation materials are requested for this account.
