Consent to personal data processing
By selecting the separate consent checkbox, the data subject freely, specifically, knowingly and unambiguously consents to the processing described below.

- Purposes
- Concluding and performing the consultation agreement; identification and communication; payment and receipt administration; secure room, message, file and PDF record operation; legal claims and information-security incident handling.
- Data
- Name, email, language, order and payment identifiers and status, messages, files voluntarily supplied for the consultation, technical security identifiers and records of consent.
- Operations
- Collection, recording, organisation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, restricted transfer to contracted infrastructure providers where necessary, blocking and deletion, with and without automation.
- Term
- Until the processing purposes are achieved and mandatory limitation, accounting and legal-retention periods expire, followed by deletion or anonymisation unless continued processing is required by law.
- Withdrawal
- The consent may be withdrawn by an email to the controller. Processing may continue where another legal basis applies.
Do not upload passwords, authentication codes, full bank-card details or special-category personal data unless the provider has separately confirmed that it is necessary and arranged an appropriate legal basis.
The controller must be able to prove receipt of this separate consent. The order stores the consent version, UTC timestamp and salted hashes of the network address and browser identifier; raw values are not stored for this evidence.
