Identify the item
Ticket, description, assay, weight, serial number and photographs link the claim to a specific object.
Separate legal statuses
Removal from the Bank of Russia register does not replace a court insolvency judgment.
Reconcile money separately
Loan principal, interest, sale proceeds and any surplus require separate calculations.

Customer property and the estate
Pledging an item does not automatically transfer title to the pawnshop. Recovery nevertheless requires more than a general ownership assertion: the ticket, item description, storage location and absence of lawful sale matter. If the item was sold, the remedy and calculation change.
A Russian pawnshop is a regulated financial-market participant and must appear in the Bank of Russia register. Register removal restricts business but does not itself open insolvency proceedings or determine title to every item.
