Russian Personal Bankruptcy Court Decision: Types and Checks

A Russian personal-bankruptcy case does not produce one universal document: the court issues a bankruptcy judgment and multiple orders for procedures and disputes. Identify the document type, operative part, date, appeal status and later orders. The court docket and EFRSB complement one another, but a register notice does not replace the court act.

Judgment

A judgment commonly declares bankruptcy and opens asset realization.

Order

Orders open restructuring, decide claims and disputes, and complete a procedure.

Timeline

A later appeal or order may change the effect of an earlier document.

Quick self-check
  • Search by case number, taxpayer number and name.
  • Read the full act and operative part.
  • Check appeals and later orders.
  • Match the procedure and administrator against EFRSB.
  • Do not treat completion as automatic discharge of every debt.

Types of Court Act

The court may open debt restructuring by order. A judgment declares the citizen bankrupt and opens asset realization. Orders also determine claims, separate disputes, extensions, completion and termination.

The label matters. A bankruptcy judgment is not the same as the final order completing realization or deciding discharge.

Where to Find It

The Commercial Court Docket is the primary public source for court acts. Search by case number, court, name and identifiers. EFRSB supplies mandatory event notices and helps verify the current procedure and administrator.

When It Takes Effect

Effective-date and appeal rules depend on the type of act and the special provisions of insolvency and procedural law. Do not use one deadline for every document. Read the operative part and appeal docket.

What Completion Means

The order completing realization must be read with the court’s discharge conclusion. Article 213.28 preserves certain claims and provides non-discharge grounds. “Case completed” therefore does not resolve every debt by itself.

Practical Review

  1. record the case number and court;
  2. download the main and later acts;
  3. extract date, procedure and operative ruling;
  4. check appellate decisions;
  5. compare EFRSB notices;
  6. separately assess property, debt and restriction consequences.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I download the judgment?

From the Commercial Court Docket; parties also use the procedural route for receiving court documents.

Does EFRSB replace the judgment?

No. A notice records an event, while rights and findings must be checked in the act itself.

Does declaration mean completion?

No. Asset realization normally continues until a separate final order.

Can every order be appealed?

Availability and procedure depend on the document and statute.

How do I know whether a debt was discharged?

Read the final order together with Article 213.28 and the legal nature of the claim.
