Three sources, three functions
| Source | Use | Do not assume |
|---|---|---|
| EFRSB — bankrot.fedresurs.ru | Original debtor, sale, amendment and result notices | Viewing a notice makes you a participant |
| Electronic auction platform | Registration, application, documents and protocols | Every bankruptcy lot appears on one platform |
| Search aggregator | Discover assets and set search filters | Republished prices and dates are current |
Article 110 requires sale information and access. A platform auction number can differ from an EFRSB notice number: also match the debtor and asset. See the organiser and platform-operator guide for their respective roles.
Narrow the search without losing the asset
- Identify the asset and purpose: vehicle, premises, land, equipment or a receivable.
- Check asset location separately from the debtor’s region.
- Where known, use the debtor’s taxpayer and case numbers. Add VIN, cadastral number or another exact asset identifier.
- Identify the stage: first auction, repeat auction or public offer. A low price in an old listing may concern a completed sale.
- Read later notices: cancellation, amended terms, admission and results. Publication date differs from the application deadline.
One spelling of a model or address may miss a listing. Search by identifier, then verify the documents. Interface labels change; the document and its content are legally significant.
Download one coherent lot file
- The notice and later amendments with dates.
- Approved sale terms and the relevant court order or authorised decision.
- Asset description, title, valuation and restriction records.
- Draft contract, deposit, payment and handover terms.
- Organiser contacts and inspection arrangements.
The required file varies by asset and procedure. Request missing attachments rather than substituting advertising text. Retain the source, download date and version because an amendment may follow.
✉️ Questions for the organiser
“For auction [number], lot [number], debtor [taxpayer number], please confirm inspection arrangements, supply missing attachments [list] and explain the discrepancy between the notice of [date] and platform entry concerning [term].” Identify only an actual discrepancy and retain the reply.
Before paying the deposit
Match the payee, account, amount, payment reference, deadline and receipt requirements against the current notice. Forwarded bank details and an intermediary’s link do not establish authority to receive money.
Hypothetical example: an aggregator shows RUB 800,000, but the current notice assigns that price to a future public-offer period; the present price is RUB 1 million. The listing does not authorise a RUB 800,000 bid now. Check the period schedule and live acceptance status.
See the separate deposit refund and credit guide. An attractive listing does not establish asset condition, absence of restrictions or registrability.
After selecting a lot, check the bidder’s signature, prepare the application and review price periods. Vehicles require a separate pre-purchase review.
Frequently asked questions
Does every sale take place on one official website?
EFRSB discloses notices; the electronic procedure takes place on the platform identified for that sale. These are different functions.
Must I pay an intermediary to read the notice?
Statutory sale information is accessible. Paid selection or representation is a separate service and does not replace registration or admission.
Does a visible lot card mean applications remain open?
No. Check status, the precise closing date and time, amendments and results. An archive card may remain accessible.
